Parents:
Even though it's the dead of Winter, we are already planning for next Spring Rec Kickball and Baseball season. The Baseball Board is continuing its effort to enhance some of our highlight events like Opening Day, the MLB Pitch, Hit & Run Competition and Rockland Boulders Day, as well as offer improved programs and clinics, and we are excited about a fun season with high participation numbers.
This year, Woodcliff Lake Baseball will be offering the following Rec programs; divisions are set by current school grade level:
Pre-K: We will continue to offer KICKBALL for all youngsters in pre-kindergarten.
Kindergarten: BASEBALL T-BALL will be available to current Kindergarten students in WCL (if you have a Kindergartner interested in softball, you need to register separately with the unaffiliated WCL Softball program)
1st and 2nd Graders: As in the past they will play COACH PITCH PEEWEE MINORS BASEBALL DIVISION
3rd and 4th Graders: these grades will play together in PLAYER PITCH MINORS BASEBALL DIVISION
5th and 6th Graders: will compete in MAJORS BASEBALL DIVISION
7th, 8th , and 9th graders: will compete in the SENIOR BASEBALL DIVISION (if there is enough interest).
Teams will be selected prior to Spring Break and practices will begin the week of April 9th, weather permitting. We are looking to do official Opening Day ceremonies on April 21st. The season will conclude on or about June 9th (weather dependent)

If you have not previously registered through our site you’ll need to create a user name and password (go to www.wclbaseball.com and click Register on top right hand side of the home page.) If you already have a username and password then click on the login button and you’ll see the available programs for your child. Follow the instructions through payment and get a confirmation that the registration is complete. You’ll then get an email from the website confirming your registration.
If you would like to volunteer as a coach you can select head coach / assistant coach during the registration process.
Registration cost is $150 for Baseball K-9 and $100 for Kickball if you register before FEBRUARY 15th. Fees will increase after that date.
